Pay per go class price = £5 Monthly membership prices available.
We are now running mid-week morning classes see times above!
We run 8 classes a week at Sale Water Park. We meet in the Car Park at the Lake near Trafford Water Sports Centre on Rifle Road, easy accessable from Junction 6 of the M60.
The classes are split down into 2 or 3 groups depending on how many instructors are available. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced based on fitness levels. There will always be a beginners group.
We work hard but do have fun and a laugh along the way, with around 100 regular members the groups are very sociable, it’s a great way to make new friends especially when sharing the same fitness goals.
Motiv8 Outdoor Fitness Classes are instructed by experienced ex army PTI Gavin McColl and his team. All classes are aimed at all fitness levels, at Sale Water Park in the great outdoors. Classes are well structured, fun, hard work and highly motivational to get the maximum results in improving clients fitness. Classes consist of a mixture of running/Cardio vascular training, circuit training, boxercise and military style training. You are guaranteed to get a tough workout, to be pushed that little bit harder and to laugh and smile along the way with a small friendly group. This is all at the same time as improving your fitness levels dramatically.

The class training hard in January’s winter snow!
Outdoor training is a perfect mix of Cardio training and resistance training using mainly your body weight. If you are looking at toning and weight loss, or improving your stamina for team sports (Football, Rugby etc) this style of training is perfect for you!!!
